"We do what we say we'll do". If you are ever not satisfied in any way with our products or service - we'll make it right.

We guarantee the accuracy of your printed banner as shown on your final proof. Your banner will last for years if properly installed and/or stored. We warranty our products free from manufacturing defects for 90 days. We will either replace or refund full value upon inspection of product authorized for return. Most vinyl raw material is warrantied for 12 months although our solvent inks are rated to last 2-3 years. Please be advised that we are not responsible for banner failure due to excessive weather conditions or high winds. We are not responsible for improper hanging of banners and/or improper installation. Banners must be secure when hung on walls or moving vehicles. Excessive movement/banging will cause banner to fail. Banners hung on moving vehicles are not warranteed against debris hitting the banner causing banners to scratch or tear.
